Shamsa Townhouses is an upscale residential development by Expo Dubai Group in Expo Valley, Expo City Dubai. It features a collection of 3-4 bedroom townhouses with a living area of 2,655 sq. ft to 3,284 sq. ft. The residences will have an open kitchen with an island feature, several balconies, a maid’s room and 2 parking spaces. Not forgetting walk-in closets in the master bedrooms and built-in wardrobes in other bedrooms.

In November 2023, the master developer launched the second phase of the project. Similar to the first edition, this release has 3-4 bedroom townhouses. The total size of each residence is either 2,700 sq. ft or 3,300 sq. ft.
